Thank you for shopping with Planned with Purpose Stationery Co. We are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy below for detailed information on how we handle orders, delivery, and more.


1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia): 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (within Australia): 1–3 business days

  • Local Delivery (Brisbane Metro): Same or next business day (if available)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, customs clearance).


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. Shipping Providers

We partner with reputable carriers such as:

  • Australia Post

  • Sendle

  • DHL (for international orders)

  • Aramex and other regional couriers (where applicable)


5. Local Pickup (Optional)

Customers in Brisbane can opt for free local pickup. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Pickup Location:
To be supplied upon receipt of transaction.

Pickup hours:

Mon - Sat : By appointment only. 


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Planned with Purpose Stationery Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for evidence.
